EADS North America Test and Services Receives Order From Toshiba Corporation for Semiconductor Process Tester   Irvine, CA, June 25, 2008 - EADS North America Test and Services, a division of EADS North America, today announced a contract from Toshiba Corporation Semiconductor Company for its 5032 Environmental Stress Screening System. Toshiba will be using the 5032 for reliability testing of its newest 40/45nm semiconductor production technology.
